Administers 625 Housing Choice Vouchers. These vouchers are used to subsidize program participants’ lease payments for privately owned apartments and houses located within the Housing Authority’s service area. Agricultural workers can also submit applications for the USDA subsidized apartments and Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Owns and/or manages Burlington Terrace Apartments and Raspberry Ridge I & II Apartments in Burlington, and La Paloma Apartments, Mount Baker Meadows and President Apartments in Mount Vernon.
