Focus Population
Operates a daytime resource center connecting individuals with hygiene services, vital social services (medical and mental health care), and an overflow shelter during inclement weather and short-term emergencies. Serves as a services hub for other homeless service agencies and medical providers. Offers daytime sheltering, including phone charging stations, a clothing closet, bathrooms, showers, and laundry. Hosts Navigators (Peer Counselors) who work one-on-one with individuals to advocate and navigate services, such as medical, mental health, substance use, and housing. This assistance includes help applying for benefits, replacing identification documents, signing up for healthcare, finding doctors or treatment, and exploring housing options.
