Utilizes evidence based counseling practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), including practice in mindfulness and emotion regulation. The counseling is based out of Medtriq's main office and provided via telemedicine to their other offices.
