Offers case management and resource networking for individuals who are not residing in one of the on-site YWCA NCW housing programs. Clients focus on obtaining or maintaining permanent housing while stabilizing their resources and connecting with new opportunities. They work closely with a Housing First case manager and have access to weekly enrichment classes, resource networking, the YWCA Thrift Store, and an in-house pantry.
