Clients are typically referred to Tessera by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), or Foundation Community Supports (FCS). Tessera also provides employment services in partnership with Social Security (SSI/SSDI) through Social Security's Ticket to Work Program.
