Provides restrooms, showers and laundry facilities, with soap for laundry and showers. Also distributes limited toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, lotion and combs, as well as diapers, when available. May have pet food for clients who have a dog or a cat. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories. Also provides general and housing-specific information and referral services; including: - Information on accessing emergency, transitional and permanent housing, including subsidized housing options - Assistance with applications for housing in the downtown Seattle area

Application process
LAUNDRY: - Call to make a same-day appointment, or visit in person any day to put name on first-come first-served list. - Early sign-up is recommended, as laundry list is usually filled up early in the day. - Clients may check out a set of overalls to use when washing clothes by leaving an ID or a shoe. - Laundry is self-service and takes approximately two hours. SHOWERS & RESTROOMS: - Visit in person to access restrooms and to schedule a same-day appointment for showers. - Showers are limited to 15 minutes each (20 minutes for those with physical disabilities) - Showers have locking doors.

Eligibility
Adults, youth and children of all genders. Prioritizes serving those who are homeless. Showers are ADA compliant, equipped with handrails, a chair, and large stalls, and can be accessed by those using a wheelchair. Laundry limited to one 18-pound load every other day; showers can be used once per day. No shoes washed. No smoking, intoxication or drug use allowed. Patrons must behave in respectful manner with each other and with staff. Companion animals permitted as long as they are leashed, under control and well-behaved.
