Provides suboxone and vivitrol medications in a medical clinic office setting. Induction typically occurs within 4-7 business days of initial phone contact. Enrollment in primary care services is required to receive MAT services. Poly substance users are accepted on case by case basis. First dose may be on site otherwise induction occurs at home. Counseling is not required to receive MAT services.
