CHERISH offered by Kindering Center in Bellevue
Provides early intervention and infant mental health services specifically for young foster children and their caregivers. Evaluates those children's full developmental progress with a particular focus on their social-emotional development. Provides developmental therapies, toddler preschool classes and therapeutic home visiting services working on attachment and emotional development.

Eligibility
Children ages birth-3 in child welfare dependencies in King, South Snohomish and Pierce counties. Also serves children ages 3-5 in child welfare dependencies, and in kinship placements that are not dependencies, in King County.

Provides comprehensive early support (aka early intervention) services for children with developmental delays, disabilities and risk factors and their families, delivered at campuses in Bellevue, Bothell, Renton and Redmond, as well as in homes and community locations. Programs include physical, occupational and speech therapies; special education; preschool; infant mental health; and parent/caregiver and sibling support and education. Special programs offered for children in out-of-home-care, families experiencing homelessness and immigrants/refugees. Kindering serves all families, regardless of financial means.
