Eligibility

Low-income residents who
  • Are at or below 50% of the Area Median Income AND
  • Are 62 years or older OR
  • Have a 50% or higher disability rating as defined under any Washington state or Federal program.

Hours

8:30am to 12pm from Monday through Friday and 1pm to 4:30pm from Monday through Thursday
