Eligibility

Youth, ages 11-18, who are or have been a dependent of the state of Washington. Also families that are involved with children must be able to live in a family and have the ability to be self-sufficient as adults.

Hours

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Referrals and applications are typically submitted by DSHS- Children and Family Services Division.
