Eligibility
Household income must be below 80% of Area Median Income for Snohomish County.
Must demonstrate a need for safe, affordable housing based on the size, condition, or cost of their current living situation.
Must have steady, reliable income and be able to pay an affordable monthly mortgage.
Must be able to volunteer between 250 to 500 hours of “sweat equity” hours.
