Assistance available to those living in Blaine, Birch Bay, Point Roberts, and Custer.

8am to 5pm from Monday through Thursday and 8am to 3pm on Fridays

Leave a detailed voicemail and a volunteer will return the call. Calls left Friday after 3:00pm will be returned the following Monday.
