Eligibility
Those who live in King, Kitsap, Pierce or Snohomish counties.
Hours
8am to 4:30pm from Monday through Friday
Application process
Complaints may be filed online, by phone or by mail. Online filing is preferred. If complaint includes contact information, that information becomes public record. Does not respond to anonymous complaints for wood smoke, dust or odor complaints.

  • Residential chimney smoke
Call the fire department about an outdoor burning complaint.
