Through volunteers trained by the Office of the Insurance Commissioner, individuals receive one-on-one consultation on Medicare, including advocacy on their behalf with Medicare providers, explanations of billing received, and referral to other appropriate services. Helps clients:
- Understand their Medicare health coverage
- Find a prescription drug plan
- Learn their rights and options as a Medicare enrollee.
