Provides emergency communication services that are available 24 hours daily serving as a link between family members in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan, and Whitman Counties and their family members in the military. Offers financial assistance on some cases; call for details and eligibilities.

Provides 24 hour emergency service: food, clothing, lodging, medicine and referrals to mental health for victims of fire, flood and other "acts of nature". Provides mass feeding during natural disasters such as forest fires, floods, mud slides, etc.
