Especially values those whose life includes more than one occurrence of behavioral disorders; they need help the most, and they are the least likely to receive care. Offers the co-occurring disordered a comprehensive course of services for those dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues in both Asian and English languages. Provides different levels of care geared towards the meeting of the needs of each individual patient, with compassion, and respect.
