Eligibility
Washington residents who:
- Are pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding parent, or an infant or child under age 5. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians can also apply on behalf of a qualifying child.
- Have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Families receiving Medicaid (Apple Health), SNAP, or TANF are automatically income-eligible for WIC.
- Have a nutritional risk (assessed at time of appointment).
