Skagit/Islands Head Start
A comprehensive family support and early childhood education program for children 20 months to five years of age. Eligibility is based on federal poverty guidelines and family risk factors. All services are free and include healthy meals/snacks, developmental screenings, education and social experiences, and family support services.
