Those who are at risk of being evicted due to inability to pay financially.
Typically assistance given one time over a 12 month period.
Contingent upon leaser/manager/owner agreeing to not evict tenant and accepting a pledge where check will be mailed to valid mailing address in name of legal owner or representative.
