Residents ages 62 and older, or residents who have a permanent, documented disability.

Residents can apply any time throughout the year for the Utility Discount Program and Utility Rebate Program, but must re-apply every May with the previous year’s household income information.
Customers who pay utilities (water, sewer, or stormwater) to the city of Auburn through their landlord or property manager can apply each year in the month of May only.

Offers a 50% discount in utility rates to low-income older adults and customers who are permanently disabled. Discount applies to sewer, solid waste, storm drainage and water.
