Anyone struggling with addiction.
Counseling is not required to receive medications.
Primary care is not required.
Poly-substance users are welcome.

Call for initial phone interview to schedule intake and assessment.
Office visit with medication induction typically occurs within 1-14 days of in-person assessment.
