Medical Care Services offered by Harborview Medical Center's Pioneer Square Clinic
Provides primary care, management of acute and chronic illness, diagnostic testing, well adult exams and physicals. Other services include dietician consultations, psychiatric consultations, health education, medication management and recommendations for continued psychiatric care. A podiatry, or foot care, clinic takes place weekly, staffed by a doctor of podiatry. A social worker helps patients access community services and resources and assists in resolving problems that interfere with patients' access to health care. An on-site pharmacy, managed by Harborview, fills prescriptions by clinic providers. The clinic does not keep cash or stock narcotics.

Application process
Established primary care patients can call for an appointment. Otherwise visit in person when the clinic opens. Waiting periods may vary, so clients should be prepared to wait at least an hour.
Eligibility
Primarily residents and homeless individuals, ages 18 and older, living in downtown Seattle and Pioneer Square. The clinic may accept other patients in need.
Fee
WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare and other insurance are accepted. Assesses for charity care.
