Eligibility

Residents of King or Snohomish counties, or who are living with chronic diseases, and are low income. Eligibility may vary by program.

M-F, 8:30am-5pm.

Submit an online application or call to request services or discuss a referral. Some programs have a waitlist.

Provides free nutrition counseling and education for people living with HIV and other chronic conditions. Nutrition counseling includes an assessment of a client's nutritional health and individual dietary needs. Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) work 1:1 with clients looking at things such as food intolerances, allergies, accessibility to healthy food, diet, medical test results, and mental health to support them.
