Must meet low-income guidelines of 25%-60% Area Median Income, be willing to assist with sweat equity labor, and be a homeowner with homeowner's insurance (no rental properties).

Low-Cost/Sliding Scale

Offers repair services to low-income homeowners to keep their homes safe and decent. Currently, most of our repairs are for EXTERIOR work only. We do NOT provide ROOFING repairs or plumbing/electrical. Repair projects may include painting, siding repair, trim/window repair, ramp and rail repair, landscape cleanup, and weatherization.
