Provides suboxone medication in a medical clinic setting. Clients must enroll in primary care services there prior to qualifying for MAT services. Counseling is not required to receive MAT services. Induction typically occurs within 1-4 weeks of initial phone contact. First visit is for an evaluation, second or third visit is with the prescriber to receive medication. Pregnant women are accepted at the Brewster location only.
