Expectant mothers and young children ages 0-3 who are low-income.   Foster and homeless children are also eligible.

Provides home visits with information, ideas about child development, health, and parenting for low-income pregnant women and families with infants and toddlers.   Home visitors also conduct health and developmental screenings, support parents with goal setting, and model how to support the child's growth and development.   Children with special needs are also served in their natural environment through partnerships with early prevention providers.   Bi-monthly group socializations are also included.
