Paratransit program providing transportation for those with barriers to public transportation. Transportation must be to an employment related destination, such as a new job, an employment related training, or any other appointments necessary to obtain or retain employment.

Case manager referral required. Applicant must have case manager call and apply on his/her behalf. Rides must be reserved three days in advance.

Eligibility
Geographic restrictions apply. Applicant must meet the state definition of special needs (low-income, youth, seniors, other). All applicants must be working with a case manager who can attest to their low-income status. Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible.
