Eligibility
Washington state residents who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and who have a nutrition risk. Must be:
- Pregnant
- Postpartum parents or breast and chest feeding parents
- Infants or children under age 5

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays

Call or complete online form for eligibility and appointment information. Home, office or off-site visits are available.
Applicants complete a nutrition assessment to determine nutritional risk.
Dads, grandparents, and other caregivers may also sign up their children for WIC.
