Eligibility
San Juan County households with income below 80% of the Area Median Income. Debt may not exceed 41% of income.
Every homeowner agrees to only sell their home to another income-qualifying family and agrees to limit their home’s annual appreciation to 1.5% per year, compounding annually.
A minimum of 50 hours of “Sweat equity” is required.
