Description

This clinic offers dental care for all children and for established PCHS medical patients in a patient-centered medical home model. Our dental clinics are located in: Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Key Peninsula, and Belfair. Can only serve non-established adult patients with emergencies.
