Behind City Hall in downtown Issaquah.  Free Metro shuttle bus service runs every half hour between Issaquah Valley Senior Center and the Park and Ride at Commons and Pickering Place shopping malls M-F, from 11am-7pm. Eligibility
Issaquah area adults ages 50 and older.
Hours
10:30am to 11:30am on Mondays and 9:30am to 10:30am on Wednesdays and Fridays

Teaches fall prevention through SAIL, a strength, balance and fitness program for older adults. Classes consist of a warm up, light aerobics, strength and balance training and cool down. All exercises can be done seated or standing.
