Behind City Hall in downtown Issaquah.  Free Metro shuttle bus service runs every half hour between Issaquah Valley Senior Center and the Park and Ride at Commons and Pickering Place shopping malls M-F, from 11am-7pm. Issaquah area adults ages 50 and older.

Teaches fall prevention through SAIL, a strength, balance and fitness program for older adults. Classes consist of a warm up, light aerobics, strength and balance training and cool down. All exercises can be done seated or standing.
