Offers medically supervised withdrawal management services for alcohol and substance use disorders for adults and youth ages 13 and older, supporting entry into rehabilitation programs. Also provides safe shelter for severely intoxicated adults who are found in unsafe situations by emergency service personnel. Individuals convicted of traffic offenses involving alcohol or drugs may be eligible, by court order, to serve jail time at the Detoxification Center for a fee.
