Pregnant people, new parents, breast and chest feeding parents, infants, and children under age 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Must live in Washington state, but does not ask about U.S. citizenship or immigration status.

Provides healthy food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support for pregnant people, new parents, infants, and young children.
Participants receive benefits through an electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card that can be used at authorized grocery stores to purchase approved foods such as milk, eggs, cereal, fruits, and vegetables. Monthly food benefits vary by participant type and household size. Participants can receive additional seasonal produce benefits to buy local, unprocessed fruits and vegetables at authorized farmers markets through the Farmers Market Nutrition Program.
