Eligibility

Most clients who receive federally funded Basic Food (SNAP) and are at least 16 years old can receive BFET services. Even clients with college education may benefit from retraining or job search services.

Hours

9am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

Cannot be on TANF, must be on Basic Food and desire to become employed. Call to apply.

Basic Food Employment & Training (BFET) provides training and education with a goal of assisting Basic Food customers to attaining a living wage career. Can assist those who qualify with work clothing, gas vouchers, and case management services to assist with finding and maintaining employment.
