Eligibility
Must live in King County and have an intellectual or developmental disability.   Call for other specific requirements; most program participants have a Core Waiver through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DSHS-DDA).
Hours
M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm.
Application process
Clients are usually referred by DSHS Developmental Disabilities Administration. For information about Supported Living Services, contact the Information and Family Support Team.
Fees
Services are generally state-funded; may also accept private pay options.

Provides one-on-one support so that adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities can live as independently as possible in the community. Based on assessment, may assist clients with tasks such as:  
  • Home management
  • Personal care and financial management
  • Negotiating various services such as DSHS, vocational, medical, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships
  • Exploring personal growth
  • Obtaining and managing resources and services
