Family Caregiver Support Program offered at Homage Senior Services
Provides information and assistance about supports and services for unpaid caregivers of elderly and/or disabled adults age 18 and over. In-person supportive consultation, help with care planning, and educational workshops are also available. The Family Caregiver Support Program also provides TCARE Family Caregiver Surveys, an assessment evaluating the challenges, stresses, and satisfaction of each caregiver's experience, and recommends service options that best match each caregiver's situation.

Eligibility
Resources are open to everyone. The Family Caregiver Program supports unpaid/informal helpers & caregivers of elderly or disabled adults age 18 and over in Snohomish County. Types of services offered are dependent on screening and assessment results.
Fee
No cost to participate in the Family Caregiver Support Program. Some services may require a sliding scale co-pay based on income.
