Offers a number of individualized services for Yakima, Kittitas and Benton/Franklin County schools and other youth organizations. Services include the SAP Programs, educational and prevention seminars, workshops for teachers and leaders of youth organizations, and support groups for adolescents. Also provides screening and brief intervention, assessments and referrals, therapy groups, and educational services for high-risk adolescents; all services are confidential. Nationally CARF Accredited.

Maintains seven office sites in Pasco, Kennewick, Sunnyside, Toppenish, Wapato, Yakima and Ellensburg. All offices provide Substance Use Disorder Assessments and Treatment and Co Occurring Mental Health counseling programs for children, youth and adults.
