Independence Bridge offered at Navos Lake Burien
Operates community housing for 24 adults who are homeless, in a shelter, exiting foster care, etc. Complex provides daylight-filled common spaces for gathering and growth, a home library, a communal kitchen and living area, and a laundry room. Residents receive critical, individualized support services including: - Mental health services - Chemical dependency treatment - Life skills mentoring - Peer support Common topics supported by case managers include: - Guidance for primary medical care - Educational options - Financial understanding - Support in finding legal advocacy
