Provides identification services for people with diagnosed medical conditions.   Members' unique ID numbers, the Medic Alert phone number and vital patient medical information are engraved on the emblem and can be called by emergency responders to reach an operator for additional medical information about the wearer.    Medic Alert membership includes:
  • Development of medical computer files
  • Emergency hotline service
  • Wallet card (issued annually)
  • One emblem (on bracelet or neck chain)
