8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

  • are currently receiving or have received Unemployment Insurance in the last 48 months, OR
  • have separated from the military in the last 48 months or will separate in the next 12 months, OR
  • qualify as a displaced homemaker, OR
  • have recently closed a sole-proprietor business OR
  • are currently employed in Stop Gap employment OR
  • currently working in a position not in demand or need skills/training/credentials to remain employed.
