Clients must establish primary care services with Yakima Neighborhood Health prior to receiving MAT services.

8am to 6:30pm from Monday through Friday and 8:30am to 6pm on Saturdays

Provides suboxone medication in a medical clinic setting. Primary care services are required to qualify for MOUD.  Same day induction is possible for highly motivated clients. Otherwise induction typically happens within 4 business days of initial phone contact.

Nine primary care locations in the Yakima Valley include medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, nutrition counseling, health insurance application assistance, housing help (including housing for unhoused individuals and families), rental assistance, and other basic needs assistance. YNHS does not require or ask for citizenship status for any programs.
