Schedule a video visit online through an established Virginia Mason Franciscan Health MyChart patient portal account, or without an account. If scheduling without an account, call or email after a virtual visit to request a post-visit summary record.

Accepts private pay. Also accepts private insurance, but potential clients will need to verify coverage with their service provider.

Provides virtual care for minor illness and injuries via computer or smart phone. At the beginning of the visit, a provider will determine if the health concern is appropriate for a virtual visit. Virtual visits cannot provide refills or specialized treatment options for controlled substances, or radiology imaging, or lab services. For children under the age of 18, they must already have a Virginia Mason Franciscan Health MyChart patient portal account to schedule a virtual visit. Without a VMFH MyChart account, children under 18 must visit a walk-in or urgent care clinic.
