  • Enrolled in a Federally Recognized Tribe
  • Age 16 and older
  • Living in Skagit, Snohomish or Whatcom counties

Helps enrolled tribal members who have a physical or mental impairment find employment, succeed at work, and live independently. Job counselors evaluate client's disability and help them choose an employment goal. Individual Plan for Employment will document the steps needed such as:
  • Identify the barriers to successful employment
  • Determine the steps needed to reach the employment goal.
  • Coordinate the services needed to obtain successful employment.
