- Vouchers for specific nutritious foods
- Health screenings and referrals
- Referrals to other health and social programs WIC checks are valued at about $50 per month per participant and can be used to buy milk, eggs, cheese, bread, tortillas, brown rice, breakfast cereal and fresh fruits and vegetables.
