Eligibility
Assists immigrants (including those who are undocumented), asylum seekers or refugees.
Also assists immigrant children who are victims of abuse or neglect.
Generally assists clients under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, but is willing to make exceptions.
Eligibility requirements can change depending on the case-load of attorneys, current demand for services, and activity in the immigration community around the country.
