Eligibility

Assists immigrants (including those who are undocumented), asylum seekers or refugees. Also assists immigrant children who are victims of abuse or neglect. Generally assists clients under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, but is willing to make exceptions. Eligibility requirements can change depending on the case-load of attorneys, current demand for services, and activity in the immigration community around the country.

Application process

Call Seattle reception. Callers may also contact the detention center voicemail if they have friends or family who are currently detained. If leaving a voicemail there, caller should include the client's Alien Registration number (also known as an "A" number) if possible. Email for services: [email protected]
