Focus Population

Provides a virtual mental health program for youth and young adults. The comprehensive treatment includes group, family, and individual therapy, with 9-11 hours of treatment services each week for an average of 6-10 weeks. Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.
