Low-Cost Housing offered by Mercy Housing Northwest

Eligibility

Households who meet varying income restrictions, usually 30-60% of Area Median Income. Some properties specifically serve older adults, people with disabilities and specific household sizes. Some properties do not maintain waitlists, so when a unit becomes available, it is first come, first served. Some units are reserved for households in transition from homelessness. Some properties accept pets. All properties are smoke free.

Develops and manages affordable housing throughout Washington state. Offers studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.   Manages 50 properties statewide, in the following 14 counties:
  • Clark: 1 property, 69 family units
  • King: 8 properties (Kent, Sea-Tac, Seattle), 968 family units
  • Lewis: 2 properties, 62 senior/disabled units
  • Pierce: 7 properties, 289 family units, 215 senior units
  • Skagit: 2 properties, 60 senior/disabled units
  • Snohomish: 4 properties, 251 family and 88 senior/disabled units
  • Thurston: 2 properties, 154 family and 30 senior/disabled units
  • Whatcom: 7 properties, 386 family and 101 senior/disabled units
