Complete online form, and wait to be contacted by a local Community Action Agency or Cascade representative. Alternatively, download an application form and mail it to the local Community Action Agency, listed on the application.

Applies a bill discount to reduce the amount due on monthly bills for 24 months. Also offers a grant to be applied toward any past due amount on an active account. Discounts and grants are tiered based on income level. Those under 20% of the Federal Poverty Level can get a discount of 90% and a 100% grant, while those from 150-200% can get an 8% discount and a 50% grant.
