Eligibility
Pregnant people, new and breast and chest feeding parents, infants, and children under age 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and who have a nutrition risk.
Must be enrolled in, or a descendent of someone enrolled in the Puyallup Tribe.
