Those who have a high school diploma or GED certificate and who are at least age 18 by the first day of the quarter they plan to attend.

8am to 6pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8am to 5pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 9:30am to 4:30pm on Fridays
